Hotel and room was top, service was very personal with nice "customer first" attitude. Also good restaurant proposals, which one of made the dinner of our summer vacation that we will remember for a long time. Breakfast was classy and tasty. Highly recommend.」
" The reception staff was very inefficient. Although several staff members were present, they did not work efficiently and often ignored waiting customers. Only one staff member assisted one guest at a time, which caused unnecessary delays. As a result, I had to wait 20 minutes just to retrieve my luggage."
