Fun in Flagstaff

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you might need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Simply put, this is a spectacular property. It is every bit as functional as it is beautiful. The design and craftsmanship throughout is inspiring. Our group absolutely loved everything about it. VERY well equipped for hosting a group of 8. The kids had their own area to be kids and the adults had multiple areas to be adults. Even the dog had an area to be a dog. :) And it’s worth noting that the coffee station is top notch. It will certainly not be our last stay. Thank you to our hosts. Excellent job. Cheers. -RJ

Great Flagstaff Getaway

We came to Flagstaff for the 4th of July and we are so happy we chose this home to stay. Great location, such a cozy vibe, and everything you could want and need. There was so much space. The loft was perfect for kids! Can never go wrong with bunk beds! We even were able to see the drone show from the front porch. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

We loved our stay so much! Gorgeous home… so much space and outdoor seating! Everything we needed was there! Only regret: did not have enough time to sit in the hot tub! But we will be back and cannot wait! Thank you so much!

This property is amazing! Great for families coming together. Loved the large kitchen area where we enjoyed early morning family breakfast time each day. Beds were comfy and home was well stocked with everything we needed. Thumbs up!

Easter weekend in flagstaff

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our family of 7 with room to accommodate several more comfortably. The location was great for local hikes and access to the Grand Canyon for a day trip. Communication from the hosts was great upon check in. We had no issues arise and enjoyed all parts of this house. Additionally the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Would stay here again if our travels bring us back to flagstaff.

50th Anniversary

Definitely the Best!!! Everything we needed was there. Plenty of tvs and bathrooms. Everything worked perfect jacuzzi as well. First time using VRBO very satisfied. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Grand Canyon Trip

Came to Flagstaff to go to all the surrounding locations like the Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. location was perfect, house was clean and super convenient. Owners were super responsive - great trip!

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at Velvet and Jefferson's home. The house is comfortable and well-appointed and was convenient to all of the activities we were doing while we were there! This house was a wonderful place to stay in the summer and would also be great during the ski season since the Sno-Bowl is not far away.

Outstanding property

Our family came to Flagstaff for my sister’s wedding, 6 of us, including our 86 year old Dad. This gorgeous property is exactly as stated with extremely comfortable beds, quality sheets and towels, hot tub, several relaxing outdoor areas, nice big washer/dryer and every kitchen amenity you could want or need. We would absolutely stay here again, owners were great and responsive, 5 stars.

Flagstaff wedding

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse while in Flagstaff for a wedding. Great home for family and friends. Great outdoor and indoor entertainment space. Be prepared to climb some steps as the home is well above street level. We would stay here again.

It was a fantastic trip with 9 members of our family and friends. Beautiful home, large enough to spend time together over meals and drinks and yet laid out so you still could have privacy and space when needed. All the conveniences and extra touches needed! Including great outdoor patio and yard.

Great space

We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse very much! We were able to relax and cook with our family! This home is a great spot for large groups ! There is a trail head very close to the house which was very nice! The owners are very responsive to any questions ! I would tell everyone there are stairs involved getting into house! Just a heads up if anyone has a guest with walking difficulties.

North Pole Experience Group

The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday, very well appointed! The linen smelled very fresh and was very comfortable! We had an issue w cob webs in the bedrooms, one w a large spider attached to it. The Master on main floor was significantly colder than the rest of the house. We used the in home chef recommended by owners and that should be a must do! Very pretty property!

Fabulous getaway that felt like home.

The home is exactly what we were hoping for. From the minute you enter the house you feel at home. Velvet and Jeff did a fabulous job decorating. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked which is so appreciated when bringing your family. We loved spending time cooking, relaxing on the patio, playing games and enjoying Flagstaffs trails, pickleball courts and downtown eateries. The neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was clean and hot! Great for the cool nights. We would love to stay again. A definite gem!

Just as described

Our family of 4 adults and two children and 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. We celebrated Thanksgiving a week early. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. We cooked almost all of our meals here. Everyone had their own place to sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The backyard is completely fenced in for dogs. Many vacation rentals we have stayed in say they have a fenced in yard only to find gaps where our small dogs can escape but this yard is truly escape proof. The spa was clean and heated. I would highly recommend this home.

Impeccable!

Hands down the nicest place we have stayed (and we have stayed everywhere!) Stunning but very comfortable. Every space was used to its fullest potential. Wowed by all of the fixtures, artwork, rugs, furniture but also felt right at home. Home was exactly as pictured. Superbly maintained and CLEAN! We could have easily housed 3 families (and will probably do just that on our next visit!) Everything that you could ever want/need in a home; including toiletries, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and alllll of the spices and dishes that you could ever wish for to name just a few, were there at our disposal which is a huge “plus” for those of us who traveled by plane and were anticipating having to buy all of the “basics.” Also- LOCATION! Such a perfect spot in a very nice, quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and birds. A few minutes from downtown, 30 minutes to SnowBowl, an hour to the Grand Canyon or Sedona. Just perfect. Can’t wait to make a trip back to Flagstaff! Also- communication was extraordinary. Very personal and easy to work with. Thank you Velvet and family for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Mixed Experience at Farmhouse on Adrianne

Positive Aspects: The location of Farmhouse on Adrianne is ideal, offering a close proximity to town while still providing a serene mountain atmosphere, which we found delightful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the size of the home was perfect for accommodating our family of 8 or 4 couples, with separate rooms and dedicated bathrooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done. Areas for Improvement: However, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations. The furniture throughout the house, from the kitchen chairs to the couches, was stained and in poor condition. Notably, we encountered a strong pet urine smell on the Sofa Sac (Bean Bags), which was quite unpleasant. The kitchen cookware was also in terrible shape, prompting us to purchase our own pans due to concerns about the Teflon coating coming off. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were not adequately stocked for a group of our size, with only 2 rolls of paper towels and no napkins provided. We also found the kitchen faucet to be loose and difficult to use without making a mess. Furthermore, the overall condition of the house left much to be desired. There were visible signs of wear and tear, such as peeling paint on laundry room door jamb, and stained kitchen concrete countertops. Basic maintenance and repairs are needed to bring the property up to the expected standard, especially considering the price of the rental.
