A perfect get away for a month from Scottsdale in Sept
We had a fantastic stay! The communication with the owners was excellent, and the place was spotless. They had thought of everything, so we didn’t need to contact them during our stay. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings. Just a block away, there’s a large duck pond, perfect for morning or afternoon walks. next to the pond, there’s a lovely hiking trail that we enjoyed exploring.
Additionally, there’s a great restaurant a few blocks away at the country club, where you can have a nice dinner or enjoy an Old Fashioned while watching football on the big screens and a golf range just a block away too. The location of this VRBO is ideal, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay next year.

Very cozy and convenient. Hosts are amazing and attentive. One of the best values on VRBO
This was a very good location and a great little condo that was well stocked with everything that you would need.
The owner was very responsive to any questions and requests we had before we arrived.

Cute and comfy condo with all the amenities you need for a long term stay.
I stayed here for 3 weeks before I found permanent housing and it was perfect. The condo was stocked with some basic foods so I didn't have to purchase condiments or spices. The view from the spacious deck is amazing!

What a Great Summer!
This little mountain retreat was the perfect place for me and my little Shih Tzu. We spent July and August exploring the Flagstaff area, and this condo was the ideal base for us. The location is superb, and the condo offered us everything we needed. The view, amenities, and comfort was everything I had hoped for, and more. Ted and Nan are very gracious hosts; heck, even the neighbors are great!

Loved this condo!!
My wife and I stayed at this condo for 2 months and loved it. First of all, the hospitality of the owners was top notch as they welcomed us into their home. The condo was cozy, clean, and included absolutely everything we needed. Nothing like coming home from work and enjoying dinner on the deck with amazing views. We will miss our time spent in this fabulous rental.

Excellent stay for our relocation to Flagstaff!
We recently relocated to Flagstaff on short notice, and needed a one-month condo while we find a permanent home here. This condo worked out perfectly. Everything we needed, in good working order, in a clean, comfortable condo, in a very nice area of Flagstaff, with golf courses, country club, and hiking trails very close by. Communication with owners was excellent, and they also provided us with many suggestions about Flagstaff and the area. Excellent!

Couldn't have been happier with this property and it's owners!
Arrived to hand written welcome notes, as well as activity suggestions tailored to our needs. Owner promptly answered any questions we had via text or phone. The mountain view is beautiful from the deck, and it also overlooks the 9 hole golf course. The owners supplied a whole case of movies and cd's for our use, and even stocked the fridge and pantry with refreshments! Thank you Ted and Nan for making our stay in Flagstaff one to remember.

Lovely stay and property but too hot between 3p to 8pm .
I truly enjoyed my stay at the property, it was well appointed and in an excellent location except between 3pm and 8pm each night. The sun shown in so much that I had to turn on all the fans and even brought my own fan for sleeping at night in the bedroom. It would have been perfect in every way if it were not for the blazing sun in the condo. Regards, Sharon Johnsen
My husband and I rented this condo for 6 weeks. The owners are super nice and helpful. The photos on VRBO doesn't do the condo justice. It is a cute bungalow condo, well decorated. There are two ponds with sidewalks you can do your daily walking or there is hiking next to it. Condo is on the south side of town as you are coming in from Albuquerque. Very close to the downtown area, food and shopping. The location of the condo is great and safe area. Close to interstate. Flagstaff is a super low keyed town. We loved it. Little traffic and no High-Rise buildings. Easy driving to several national parks and Sedona area. Grand Canyon less than 1-1/2 away. Anyway my husband and I were working remote and no real issue with internet. Will definitely return one day.

Clean, Quiet & Cozy Condo!
Ted and Nan have taken great care of this condo. I've stayed in different homes and condos in Flagstaff for over 10 years and I'd definitely rank this place as one the best I've stayed in. I recently stayed at this condo for 45 days beginning in mid April until end of May and I didn't have any problems at all. My friend stayed on the upper level while I occupied the Master bedroom.
It's clean and is furnished with everything you need for your short/long stay. The area is quiet too which makes you enjoy your stay even more!. The deck area was my favorite spot in the afternoon hours as I could sit there and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Ted is a reliable and dependable owner. He is good in communication- returns call/texts in a timely manner.
I am already planning to return to this condo in 2017! I recommend this condo to anyone whether looking for a short or a long stay in Flagstaff. Ted and Nan, you get my A++.

Flagstaff Condo
We rented this condo for July and August. My husband could not handle the high altitude and we had to leave towards the end of July. The condo was very nice and very pleasant to stay in. We loved the deck and watched the storms and sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom supplies were in abundance. It truly represented the owners desire to please. Was able to see a lot of the sights, Lowell Observatory, Walnut Canyon, Grand Canyon, Williams, and Bearizona. We enjoyed Bearizona alot. Be sure to take the free bus tour for more active animal sightings. Nancy and Ted were so available for questions and help. Since we couldn't stay for August, they were so helpful in contacting others that could rent for that month. They never sounded put out having to spend extra time making this happen. They went above and beyond to help us. We sure highly recommend their place.

Great Flagstaff Condo!
We loved Ted and Nan's condo so much, we came back for a second summer getaway! We arrived July 27th and left October 5th. Ted and Nan were gracious enough to let us check in early. They are great to work with and available when/if you need them. This condo is fantastic. It has everything you need - all you need is a suitcase and a toothbrush! The location is awesome. It is located in a quiet area right off the golf course, with a fantastic view. We used the patio a lot for morning coffee, bbq's and just relaxing watching the sunset every night. Let me tell you, the sunsets are amazing. This unit is perfect for the views alone. This is a great jumping off point for all kinds of Flagstaff activities. There is a nice trailhead just down the street called Campbell Mesa where we spotted Bald Eagles, Ospreys and deer nearly every day. There are also a couple of nice duck ponds down the road too. Kids love this area but it's also a nice place to just walk and get some exercise. When the monsoons start July (typically July 4th) the clouds and the afternoon rain is just gorgeous and it rolls in to cool everything down. It was so great to be out of Phoenix and up here for the last half of the summer! We highly recommend this place and we have made a lot of great memories here this year and last year too!

Our Great Summer Getaway!
We rented this great condo all summer long and into the fall (June 1st to October 9th.) It was an awesome experience. This place is located in the Continental Country Club area. Right off the 2nd story balcony is an executive golf course, beautiful pines and Mt. Elden. The condo is a one bedroom with a king bed and a loft, so it's ideal for families or guests (two double beds and a mini kitchen above). All you need is your clothes and some groceries! We spent a majority of our time out on the balcony having coffee and breakfast every morning and then bbq's at night, watching the monsoons roll in or watching gorgeous sunsets. The location is excellent. You have the Country Club for golfing a full round, a pool and a gym - but just down the street you also have the Bear Jaw Activity Center which is great for families. The activity center has an ice cream parlor, Starbucks coffee, free wifi, a kiddie pool, another adult pool, put put mini golf and a movie room for kids. Just a quick walk down the road are two beautiful duck ponds, which is great for walking or bringing a blanket and hanging out to relax. Just beyond the ponds are many hiking trails at Campbell Mesa. The neighbors here are quiet. We never heard anyone, and when we did see residents they were all friendly and kind. From this condo I saw deer, heard elk bugeling at night, bats, owls, all kinds of birds (including bald Eagles and hawks). It's also right off the I-40, so a great jumping off point to so many northern Az. activities (Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Meteor Crater, the list goes on). Really a nice rental with many amenities and worth every penny. The owners, Ted and Nancy were great and easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We are considering buying a home in Flagstaff and this was the perfect place to stay! We would highly recommend this to couples like us or families.

Escaping from the heat?
This well appointed condo has everything that you might need for a lengthy stay in Flag. It is also very tastefully decorated. And it rented at a value price! (The only things we had to provide were a coffee grinder and some decent chef knives. )
The problems were several though:
1. We had a couple weeks of very hot weather for FLG...pushing 88-90 degrees in the late afternoon. The orientation of this unit is east/west, so the evening sun came straight at the patio side of the unit. Even though there were sun shades, the living room got very uncomfortable, and there is no air-conditioning. The unit has a loft and even though there were two ceiling vents, it got really hot. Normally not a big issue in FLG, but in these days of climate warming, it made for a most uncomfortable couple weeks in June.
2. The is no internet. You have to find a public hot spot (like in the main lodge- a mile away). In 2015, when you receive everything from entertainment to information online, most people need a connection. Also the TVs were very small at 27 inches with naturally no streaming for Netflix. I would suggest adding the internet to the existing cable and getting a 40 inch streaming set for the living room credenza. You might update to a Blu-Ray disc player also. These would be very modest additions to cost.
Other than these issues, the unit was fine and a good value. The Landlord was very available and handled the transaction very professionally.
