This was such a wonderful place. I stayed here with a group of women and had a great time. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed! I loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home. definitely
We enjoyed an amazing stay! The home was incredibly spacious while being cozy at the same time. We enjoyed being walking distance from downtown and the nearby seasonal farmer's market was an unexpected bonus. The home was spotless and well cared for and was the perfect amount of space for our family of six adults, plus the dedicated parking made it so easy to accommodate our three cars. The private/fenced back yard with the hot tub was also perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
While we loved the local restaurants and shops, it was nice to have a fully equipped modern kitchen which made it easy to enjoy a home cooked breakfast before heading back to Phoenix. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing get away and really look forward to visiting again!
This home was even better than expected! We walked everywhere since it was one block from downtown, the house was clean, and the beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub each night. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Flagstaff!
This place was a gem! Very easy to access and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would all stay again.
This house is so cute and even better than expected. We loved every room, and all the decor. The outdoor space is very comfortable and relaxing. It is very clean, and the check in process was easy. We have a large F-250 diesel truck and we were able to park it in the space off the alley behind the property. Host responded quickly to any questions. Great home! We would stay again.
Perfect for an adult family so everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom, hot tub was great for family to enjoy and there was plenty of space "to get away" if we needed to. Close to downtown and Sunday mornings Farmers Market was great!
House was fabulous! Beyond expectation. The host was quick to communicate with any questions we had. Super short walking distance to downtown flag which was very important to us. It had an enclosed mud room that I think many people would find helpful in winter season. The place was well stocked with things you may need like sweeteners for coffee seasoning, pots pans, any serving and cooking things you may need in the kitchen. The rooms are very large Aunt the King size bed in the main room had the most glorious mattress I think I've slept in. We will be back for sure! We booked thinking it was going to be a party at 7 and was only three of us. Way more house than we needed but the property was large and great for multiple families

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Great location, nice hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, quiet, good linens. There were a few downsides. The rickety wooden spiral staircase is scary, the primary bathroom shower has issues, the backyard is not well maintained (dirty furniture, dusty), lightbulbs were out in a few lights and lamps, windows won’t stay open (they slide down), and the host was slow to respond to communication. Flagstaff is a lovely town and this home is a 5-minute walk to the down town area, so we had a wonderful time. The house is just a little shabby.
This property was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable to stay in. My husband and I and outr small dog were there to move our college student out. I wish we had more time to just stayband enjoy the amazing place. They had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, to coffee, and extra trash bags. The hot tub in the back was perfect and a great and much needed way to unwind after moving things all day. We enjoyed the peaceful home so much we chose to order in for dinner both nights instead of going out into the croweded grad-crowd restaurants. Honestly- it was more room than we needed but worth it because of hiw much we were able to relax. The location was great too - close enough to walk downtown but not so close that you can hear people from the bars like some other locations. We slept in the upstairs master bedroom which was extremely comfortable. the couches downstairs were also super comfy. there were als plenty of nice places for me to get work done with my laptop. The backyard was fenced which helped us feel at ease with our dog. Love this place!
A family trip to flagstaff, Sedona and Grand Canyon and we decided flagstaff would be central location. The house is in an historic area and over 100 years old. The spiral stair case was unsteady and a potential safety hazard. Made it difficult to take luggage up stairs, used the door through the main bedroom. The wifi was weak and TVs were not able to maintain connection for consistent use. The home could use a good once over by a good handyman. The outdoor lights were not usable and cushions on the outdoor furniture need to be cleaned we used towels to cover the cushions so we could utilize the lovely evenings. Loose door on one of cabinets came off when opened. Upstairs ceiling fan didn’t work and main bedroom binds were not able to close. Downstairs bedroom had large crack in floor near the door. Hardwood floors could use good cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay in flagstaff. Would stay at house again because the issues mentioned can be corrected.
