Old school Florida beach stay

Family emergency caused us to have to reschedule. Property manager was awesome with the change. Place was awesome. Old school/no frills. Everything exactly as pictured. We will be back.

Quirky little beach villa

A small but clean place. Managers were very attentive to our needs. Good food about five minutes south. Outfitted with microwave, fridge, 2 showers, 2 queen beds, and sleeper sofa. I’d stay there again.

A hidden gem

My husband and myself have been coming to this property for the past three years. It is a simple little beach cottage that we fell in love with. We love the view and the beach town of Flagler. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place or Flagler Beach itself. We will be returning next year as well!!

Perfect location

This was our second stay here. Last year we came for one week and while we were still here we booked it again for this year for two weeks. My husband and I just love this beach house. We are going to come back again next year for another two weeks. We loved waking up every morning and going out to the picnic table to watch the sunrise. We saw dolphins, a manta ray, and even had a land crab come for a visit. We enjoyed all the local restaurants that are just a short drive down the road. Every evening we watched the sunset across the street. Just a perfect spot to rest and relax along the beach! Couldn’t ask for anything more, except a hammock!

Flagler front row!

This is the perfect location for quiet beach enjoyment!! The beach was completely isolated for us. And we love the old-school beach town feel of Flagler.

Perfectly perfect ON the beach

Being ON the beach made all the eccentricities of the place acceptable. I didn’t really realize that there was only a plug in hot plate and no oven. Also, one photo shows a view of the beach. There is NO view of the beach from any door. Disappointed not to be able to open any windows to let in ocean breezes and sound. The mattresses could use replacing g and one bathroom door doesn’t shut. But? Like I said, it is ON the beach. I’d come again in a quick minute!

Weekend getaway

We had a great time staying at this little cottage. We had family come for the day to celebrate my husbands birthday. There was room for everyone to park and hang out. The beach is private, hardly any people, which was so nice. The cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Owners were very nice!

Location can’t be beat!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend family getaway. The location RIGHT ON the beach was to die for. It was so convenient with two young children to get to the beach without having to lug everything long distances or drive and find parking. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at night listening to the waves. We had the beach essentially to ourselves the entire time. The chairs and beach toys were also a great bonus. We did not have to use the umbrella, but there was one available. The location makes up for some of the quirkiness of the property. Things that could have made the stay even better: A tv in the living room, since the two rooms are not connected. A washer and dryer. It would be difficult to stay for longer than we did without having to find a laundry mat. Worth noting: The beach is extremely shelly. This makes it fun to pick up shells, but if you have sensitive feet you may want water shoes to get in the ocean. Also, there were biting bugs (sand gnats maybe?) When I used eucalyptus lemon bug spray on us and our chairs it kept them away pretty well. Staying in or closer to the water also helped. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would stay again and recommend to others.

Quarter Deck Cottage

This house was directly on the beach and was described perfectly in the description. The views were amazing and the house was clean. This is an older home that has the kitchen and bedrooms separated which was described before and was not a problem for us. It was easy to get between the 2 areas as the dorrs are adjacent to each other. We would stay here again.

Great old school beach feel

Love this adorable little house, literally on the beach and just steps away to the ocean. We got the old beach town feel that we were looking for. Every morning we watch the sunrise, and every evening we went for walks. Felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves, because there was very little people where we were staying at. The house is adorable, the beds are comfortable, and through the heavy winds for the first two days we felt very safe in the house. Never rattled or shook or anything. Very sturdy home. Hope we get to stay there again

Great stay all around

We were extremely satisfied with this property. Quiet, relaxing, on the beach property. The locals are friendly. We spent the entire stay on the property only going out for food, and more sunscreen and aloe! We saw dolphins, and manta rays while sitting on the deck. The nearby restaurants we visited were all good too. Would love to visit again next year.
