Wander Flagler Beach

Wander Flagler Beach is a modern coastal retreat designed for effortless comfort and luxury. Brilliant touchpads and a Sonos sound system let you set the mood in every room, while three outdoor decks—including two screened-in spaces ideal for breezy evenings—invite you to soak in the views. Step outside to an outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and fireplace, or take the elevator for seamless access across all levels. With private beach access and every amenity at your fingertips, this home offers the perfect setting for a truly relaxing coastal escape.

Nestled in the charming town of Flagler Beach, this location provides easy access to pristine beaches, local dining, and unique shops. The area is known for its laid-back ambiance, historic parks, and outdoor activities like kayaking and paddleboarding, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure along Florida’s scenic east coast.

POOL HEATING
The pool is available year-round. There is a $50/day fee for pool heating from November to April.

LOCAL LAWS
The sea turtle hatching season runs from August through October. Sea turtles can mistake artificial lights for the moon, which can disrupt their natural behavior. To comply with local county laws, we kindly ask that you turn off all outdoor lights at night during this period.

Please note that fines may be issued by the county for non-compliance. Wander will not be held liable for any penalties incurred.

PRIVACY
The pool and spa receive regular maintenance on Wednesdays, though the service does not follow a set time. This will not interrupt your visit and is for maintenance purposes only.

SAFETY
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

COASTAL ENVIRONMENT
Flagler Beach is an oceanfront home, and due to its proximity to the ocean—especially during hurricane season (June through December, with peak activity in September and October)—the windows may occasionally appear hazy or sticky. Please note that the windows are thoroughly cleaned after each guest checkout; however, if there is a gap between stays, some salt residue or film may accumulate in the meantime.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
