Medine at the reception was great — very professional and attentive. However, the front desk is staffed only at certain times. The 15chf or almost $19 I paid for breakfast was not worth it: at almost 7 AM (where the restaurant was already crowded) there wasn’t any egg or sausage, only cold cuts (ham), cereals, rolls and jam. The coffee machine with a choice of flavors was broken so we had to make do with the coffee pot. There’s a supermarket (Coop) that’s within walking distance so might as well buy stuff in the evening or wait until McDonald’s, also an 8-minute walk from the hotel, opens at 10. I didn’t report it to reception but my door at room 417 was very difficult to open and close. It would have been nice if the room had a fridge/cooler.

Rode the glider and didn't have to wait as long as the sign said it would take. Very fun, unique experience!

It’s very expensive to visit the top, about $30, but it was such a pleasant ride and a beautiful view!
