「The check-in went fine until we tried to unlock our door. Our key did not work. I went to the front desk and after several attempts, new keys were cut to fit the lock. The staff is very nice and the poolside is comfortable with poolside food service. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar drinks were not the best at the hotel. There are several restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. 」

「Wonderful stay at this property in Cape May, NJ. We booked the premium king and had a great view of the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor. Rooms are tight but manageable and the bed is so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. We used the shuttle into town which was nice as parking is at a premium and we did not want to move our SUV and lose our spot. We had our own beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) but ICONA provided this service free to the guests as well as the shuttle into town. Please tip. My...

「Booked for last minute trip and was not dissapointed. This is a no-frills, basic amenities motel typical of Wildwood, but the things we "needed" for a nice visit we're all there. Clean room, easy parking, sand wash station, ice machine, microwave in the room. Stopped at the front desk for extra towels and they were happy to help. Beds were comfy and did the job.」
