"Soooo.... this was my first check in at a hotel done by computer, no humans in sight... only the face on the computer, I found it very odd and cold. We only stayed one night, but we didn't see a single staff person. The location is very convenient to the Fort Meyer airport, and there are several restaurants with in a short driving distance. It was not a terrible experience, but wouldn't stay again."

"Excellent, friendly front desk staff - at arrival and departure. Terrific bed pillows and climate control. Then, there was breakfast -- first, no coffee and second, cold scrambled eggs, gummy English muffins and no butter. Waffle House is a walkable alternative"

"Although this resort is showing some age it is still in good condition and maintained. One of my concerns is several of the units I have stayed in have no garbage disposal in the kitchen area. The furnishings are okay but not real comfortable and this last unit I stayed in had discoloration and rust spots along the top of the tub. I will stay here in the future unless the property and units decline."

"No Housekeeping on entire stay (3days), Front Desk Associate 7-3 shift poor customer service asking for Expresso Coffee, dont want to make it. Breakfast Poor, Coffee not flavor on it. No muffins on Continental Breakfast?. "
