「Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children.」

「The breakfast was AMAZING. The pool was AMAZING but closed at 7pm, which is much earlier than we are used to in the US. The only issue I had was that when I booked through Expedia, I chose the specific room that I wanted. When I arrived, they had switched me to a different room based on the number of people in my reservation. My room was supposed to be for four people, even though there were only two of us on the reservation. Since I had booked a bigger room, I invited my other cousin to join us...

「Perfekte Lage in der Stadt, liegt ideal zwischen Altstadt und dem neueren Teil der Stadt; sehr nahe zum Stadtbus für den Strand. Frühstück wunderbar, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll. Sehr schöne Räume mit individuell ausgewählter Ausstattung. Äusserst nette Besitzer, sehr hilfsbereit und präsent. Sogar Parkplatz war vorhanden trotz autofreier Gegend. Wir würden in kein anderes Hotel in Kalamata gehen wollen.」

「1920 Classic is situated excellently in the centre of Kalamata! The place was beautiful, beds were comfy and it was well maintained with restaurants, markets and plenty of more things to see/explore. It was not too far from the boardwalk (30 min walk) . Although we only stayed for a night, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the Kalamata area!」

「The breakfast had a very large amount of food to pick from and was all cooked fresh and continued to be topped up throughout the morning. The property was nice and kept clean but was a bit dated but otherwise nice. The pool was lovely and so was the staff! Especially great for family’s or young kids」

「Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in den Bergen. zum Strand fährt man mind 15 Minuten. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich. Morgens hat man leider etwas Lärm vom Verkehr. Frühstück ist lecker 」

「A lovely site and wonderful experience. Elisabeth took extra good care of us, especially when she found out we had to leave very early on the last day. She brought food for breakfast the night before. Would definitely stay here again.」
