"The room was beautiful: spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. Unfortunately, other parts of our stay didn't match it. The jacuzzi tub in our room wasn't working, which was a letdown since it was one of the reasons we chose this property. We were traveling to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, so before our trip I contacted the hotel to ask if they could arrange something special for us. I was happy to pay extra, but I never heard back. When we arrived, I brought it up again at the front desk, but the receptionist didn't seem to be having a good day and wasn't very helpful. For a special occasion, we hoped for more attention and better communication. The room itself was lovely, but better responsiveness from the staff and a quick fix for the jacuzzi would make a big difference for future guests."

"Karen and her Husband were super friendly. Everything was perfect for our stay, the view is amazing. We got to see a couple planes land and take off. One of our favorite parts of the property was their dog Lucy, she was a sweet heart!!"
