The Space:

Fife Lake Lodge provides a harmonious blend of rustic charm, comfort, convenience, and safety for your stay in Fife Lake, MI. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV with Roku devices for your entertainment needs. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, mini fridge, microwave and coffee makers to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are shared amenities like kayaks (Kayak fee applies), balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, grills and so much more!



Attached is the Fife Lake Lodge Party Store, thoughtfully stocked with essential items and delightful treats for your convenience.

• 3 units are located on the ground floor, and 1 unit is on the second floor



Parking:

Ample parking featuring an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building and additionally, there's a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park.

Take advantage of our special discounts for extended stays, with 10% off for weekly stays of 7+ nights and 20% off for monthly stays of 30+ nights. Our location is strategically close to key destinations and attractions such as Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, promising exciting adventures year-round. And don't miss the chance to explore the renowned Torch Lake, just a 45-minute drive away, celebrated for its captivating turquoise waters!

Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to all 13 private suites at Fife Lake Lodge. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

The town is small and easily walkable, allowing you to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. If you prefer to travel by car, the town has well-maintained roads and parking areas. Taxis and rideshare services may also be available for transportation within and around Fife Lake. Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

• Parking: Public car/trailer lot nearby.

• Kayaks: Available 8AM - 8PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st). Rental fees apply. Waiver required.

• Requests: Pack n' Play or stair gate (upon request).

• Firewood not provided.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-10% off for stays 7+ nights

-20% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb).

• Pets:

-Only room 7 & 8 are pet-friendly.

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
