「The people were all great!! The only negative is the bathroom vanity is small but can be made to work. We stay in many hotels and this was a great find!!」

「Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand. 「Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed two nights booked on Expedia. Expedia should think twice before continuing their relationship with this corrupt hotel. We stayed here last year and they tried to overcharge us, I think they hope you don't check your credit card bill. We did catch the overcharge and they refunded us the money. We figure, they made it right we will give them another shot this year.Again this year, the final charges were not what they were at...

「The hotel is charming, clean, fabulous location and I loved that looked out to the water. However, our TV didn't work and when I asked the staff if I was doing something wrong, her answer was "some of our TVs don't work" and just shrugged. Not a big deal, but still it was odd and not great customer service because there wasn't even an apology. Also, we stayed 2 nights and although I don't need room service to make beds, they only left enough coffee for one morning and there was only one packet...

「The price was right. I finished Repairs in bathroom. Lightbulbs burned out In 3 fixtures. Owners are not friendly. Room was large with a little kitchenette, couch, dresser, 2 beds, 2 tvs…shower was fine.」

「the room was clean but dated as was the entire property, the poor cleaning girl had to call the owner to check in people ( she was not computer savvy ) we felt bad for her she really did her best - the is NO A/C in the rooms just a big old fan thankfully we had a big window that we could leave open ( we were on the 2nd floor, window facing the street ) otherwise I would not feel comfortable leaving it open in the area ... but it was 90 degrees in Anacortes that day ... no early check in at all,...
