"Well what can I say our stay was simply lovely. The photos do not capture the magical element of Les Patis. The properties charm was delightful. Tony and Pat are both great hosts and could not do enough for our family to make sure our stay was special. Tony even set up a DVD and TV in the communal room by the pool, for all the children staying in the Gites. Our children loved making friend's and now have pen pals in Hamburg, Dublin, and Wigan. "My wife has a challenge with her back. As a result we always make some requests regarding the room to ensure the issue is not made worse and also to assist the hotel in the case of an emergency Over the last year we have stayed in a about 30 hotels and not a single hotel has made an effort to satisfy these requests. However, the Hotel des Ducs surpassed themselves and provided exactly what we asked for, and it was all set up when we arrived . Our thanks to the team. The hotel is now a must have stop through France. "

"A total revamp of an old Campanile room. Very smart and comfortable. Had wster heater although I think that a kettle would have been more practical. It had a shower over a high sided bath but a walk in shower would have been more accessible. Lovely large king size bed. Restaurant available for guests even on a Sunday evening. Easy parking infront of your room. No upstairs so eady access for all. No noise from upstairs too! Eady access motorway. Quiet industrial estate location. Friendly staff and welcoming. Would certainly recommend and stay again. Thankyou. "

Authentic Large Property in the Heart of Perche, Peacefull Location, Pool, Park

"My 5 year old summed this up best: ‘I wish we could live here!’ The property was idyllic. It was set in huge private grounds that are not overlooked by anyone except horses and donkeys. We had all our meals outside in the sunny courtyard chatting around the large tables and listening to nature, under the shade of the tree, and spent evenings there also under garden string lights. We loved the pool - the kids spent endless hours in it and the adults could relax on the comfy sun loungers under the parasols. There was also a pool cover and the area was gated so very safe for kids. The area was incredibly quiet - we could cycle on the roads from the property without coming across many vehicles, and visited many pretty villages in le perche region and saw beautiful churches, went to nice markets and played mini golf. But we didn’t need to leave the property - there was enough there to entertain us - the pool, table tennis, darts, badminton, bikes, table football, hammocks, swing, river, donkeys, ponds and frogs, games (we loved pickomino!) and tv (that was never turned on!). The accommodation was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, floorboards were on the creaky side and doorways low for taller guests, but authentically renovated and full of character. What a privilege it was to have spent a week in such a lovely, peaceful place. "
