"Convenient location across the street from the Basilicas, short walking distance to local shops & bakeries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accompanied breakfast was plentiful, so much so that I felt guilty that we didn’t eat everything they brought us - I hope they have a way to either donate to the few homeless or somehow repurpose the food. Rooms were clean and modern. Light switches in the room took getting acquainted with, probably because we are Americans. Loved they use refillable bottled water. Great experience, would stay again if we return to Fátima. Obrigada!"

The service here is equally impressive; the staff is remarkably friendly and went above and beyond by having our room ready at 11:00 AM, significantly earlier than the published check-in time. They also provided helpful luggage storage, which allowed us to explore the area freely. Our stay in Room 307 was flawless and remarkably clean, featuring spotless floors and crisp, fresh towels and sheets. With thoughtful amenities like a reliable thermostat and a hair dryer, the room provided a comfortable and pristine home base for a truly reflective visit. "

"It’s only the janitorial staff that were truly nice and respectful, which was in stark contrast to the staff I interacted with regarding the bed bugs I discovered in my pillow. The two staff members, particularly the lady, were unprofessional. When I requested to speak with her about a concern, she simply pointed to a contact information sheet and seemed dismissive of my presence. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, except for the bed bugs that I found on my pillow."
