"I had my team there for the USBC National Tournament. This was an excellent place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. As you can see in the pictures, there are plenty of activities for people to do. We played cards, relaxed outside on the deck, some of the group are gamers, so they enjoyed the racing game. Plenty of supplies for whatever we needed to do. Check in/out process was very simple. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great for what we needed. All in all an excellent experience....

"Everything was good! Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, pool was nice, breakfast was nice to have, nice water pressure, parking was easy and simple, nice little gym and nice view from the room! Staff was very upfront about any expenses which only was the 250 deposit for incidental which came right back on my card when checking out! Would pick this hotel over many in the area of Reno and fernley I really recommend!"

"It's a really nice place to stay. Quiet area. Didn't hear people talking loud or doors closing loudly. Squeaky wood floor in the hallway, thought it was going to be annoying but didn't hear a thing. We spent 2 nights there. Our room was not cleaned up the next day, towels were not replenished, beds were not made. No mention anywhere that they don't clean your room after each night until you leave. I guess, just as long as we had a place to rest our heads."

"The crew really enjoyed staying here! Host kept communication and was fantastic to work with! The previous guest had damaged something, host still let us check in on time despite the repairs needing to be done since we were in town for business. That alone gets 5 stars from us!"

"Loved having a microwave and fridge and iron but no ironing board was available so I ironed on the bed , too much noise from the Perón above us and the sounds echo too much in the hallway and we did find a couple baby bugs not sure if they were baby roaches or not but I did notify the staff , otherwise it was fine we only slept there we didn’t use the pool at all but if your going to go to Reno for a quick stop then the motel will work just fine"

"We arrived after dark, but had no trouble finding it. The check-in went smoothly & we were soon in our room. Good things included the breakfast, which was sufficient & well-prepared. There was a different meat each morning, which appears to rotate on a 3-day rotation schedule: ham, sausage & then bacon.Scrambled eggs, potatoes, the meat of the day, waffles and biscuits & gravy were the hot offerings, with a variety of breads & cereals available. Drinks included juices, coffee, tea, & cider The bed was comfortable & after 11 it was very quiet for sleeping. The room was spacious with plenty of closet & drawer space, a refrigerator, a microwave & a single-cup coffee maker. Iron,ironing board & hair dryer were provided. There were some negatives, including the fact the TV service was not in operation the entire 5 days we were there, though the Internet worked as expected. The bathroom had a couple issues: 1) the towel rack sagged; 2) the water temperature was totally inconsistent, by which I mean you would be in the shower in hot water, and then it would go cold. If you adjusted it to be hot again, then it would come back in scalding a few seconds later. 3) the paint on the ceiling was beginning to come off. The pool was refreshing, & was basically clean, but the paint appeared to be flaking off both the sides and the bottom of the pool. Housekeeping did not touch our room the entire 5 days we were there, except for exchanging towels the 3rd day when I requested it."
