The bathroom is suited with a four-piece bath and comes fully stocked with all the necessities.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

Snuggle up in the living room with comfortable couches large enough for the whole family to enjoy. For those wanting a movie night in, there is a flat screen TV available. The kitchen comes stocked with all the basic necessities. Across from the kitchen is the use of a full-sized kitchen table, perfect for family-style meals.

The highlight of the space, step out onto the large back deck to enjoy panoramic views overlooking the gorgeous Fernie Alpine Resort and surrounding mountains. Guests also have access to washer and dryer for laundry needs, as well as free parking on-site.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
