Newly renovated holiday apartment (50 square meters) on the third floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena), just a 3-minute walk away. The main avenue of Cala Ferrera, with shops, restaurants, and parks, is a 10-minute walk, and Cala d'Or is 20 minutes away. In front of the building you will find free public parking, a small supermarket with all necessities, and the public bus stop is 3 minutes on foot.



The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people and it has 3 bedrooms in total (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen (capsule coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle), 3 balconies, and a shared pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.



You will find air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and self check-in (keys in a box). The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. A cot is available on request and with an extra charge per night, payable in cash. Taxi service for airport transfers can be arranged if you need it.
