"We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect for exploring Kennebunkport, and the rooms were absolutely incredible. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Due to the season I did not realized we’re not booking in the “true colony hotel “, which was shut down for the winter, the hotel rooms behind the resort were ok, but was not able to see the ocean as I had requested an ocean view room, so very disappointed "

"We stayed in a suite and it was old and dingy. It felt and smelled like a neglected grandma's house. The carpet was stained, the furniture was old, and the wallpaper was peeling. Beds had old springy mattresses. The utensils in the drawer were all very dirty. There was a sponge but no dish detergent or kitchen towels. Luckily we were only there for one night and already planned to eat out. The only positive was the shower - hot, good water pressure and modern shower head. Would not return."
