We chose to stay here as we arrived late at Pula airport and needed somewhere not too far. The location on the harbour was lovely, having breakfast outside overlooking the boats was very pleasant. Our room was at the back and small but functional. It was clean and the bathroom modern. It was a little noisy from 7am as the breakfast staff were setting up and we could hear them talking. The breakfast was ok, not very exciting. We parked our car in their free carpark five mins walk away. If we stayed again we’d ask for a front room with a sea view, I think they were bigger and brighter.

Clean, quaint hotel right at harbor front

Amazing stay at this small hotel. Nice clean room with seaview overlooking the harbor and the ferry going to Brijuni Island. Ferry terminal is less than 3 min walk. Hotel has 8 rooms dived over 3 floors. Hotel has a newly open restaurant. Really nice and helpful hostess. Excellent stay, really enjoyed our time. Previous reviews mentioned noise from the terraces at night…but with the ambient noise from the airconditioning going you barely hear anything below.

Great little hotel with a couple of caveats

Wonderful stay here with a fabulous breakfast (included) and terrifically friendly service. The room was spotless and comfortable. Expected a pool and bikes for use, but neither was available. Also, be aware that the hotel is down a one-lane road from old town Kotor, with two-lane traffic. It’s not far but is a bit of a hassle to get there and back because of this road. It’s nice to have the beautiful view from Perla
