The address listed takes you to an abandoned property. Phone number doesn’t ring. Expedia employees didn’t a horrible job rectifying the situation that was caused by the company they work for… 0 out of 10!!!

This stay was horrific, from waiting to check in for over 3 hours, to no air conditioning, to prostitutes and drug deals and chipped tile on the floors and elevators causing me to fall with my walker, it was overall the absolute worst hotel i have ever, in my life stayed at. The staff was to busy complaining to each other and complaining about finding new jobs to help those that came in. We had to wait over 3 hours to check in, when we finally did, they put a handicapped person on the 5th floor as far from the elevator as they could possibly get. Add in the chipped tile on the floor of the elevator causing a fall and not doing a thing about it. It was not an ideal trip and caused a lot of unnecessary complications to a joyous weekend for our family.

Don't Recommend

They were in the process of closing the hotel and they didn't provide any services such as room cleaning and towel replacement. The tv didn't work and the microwave was inoperable. They did repair them while I was there.

Fighting, drugs and smoking in building

We were placed in the rear, no security for our equipment and protection. People smoking and doing drugs in the parking lot. Never cleaned my room, noise, fighting in rooms, nit a good place. Will never stay again

The property is in a bad condition. Super old, and not well maintained. Smells like old cigarettes everywhere. Only the employees are nice.

This hotel was the hardest to find and the child behind the desk needs training. They didn’t even give me directions to the room which was not marked. I would never stay at the Ramada again

No recommended!

The finishing conditions of the room leave much to be desired, broken curtains, scratches on the walls and especially insects in the bathroom and furniture. Hotels.con please remove this property from your listings before you earn heaters.

Love staying here whenever I’m in Fayetteville for a night My only issue this time around was it seems like the bed sheets weren’t changed out and there were crumbs of sorts inside the bed when we laid our son down

Discovered 3 cockroaches in the room. Killed 2 but 1 escaped. But did not encounter ged bugs. The 1 toaster at "breakfast" did not work at all. Lots of trash seen in hallways as no daily maid service.

The hotel overall was not very clean. The room smelled bad, thank goodness for air freshner. There were a few bugs in the room as well. Pictures did not match the actual hotel. Seriously upsetting.

This hotel is a good value for the value-conscious traveler and I recommend it. It is an aging facility, but well maintained. Our room was very clean. We needed more towels and also Kleenexes and toilet paper, but got them right away. The continental breakfast was adequate. I found the staff to be helpful.
