"We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Pezuls. Andy and Jacqui were excellent hosts - they were very helpful and responsive yet also respected our privacy. The house is fantastic and has been extremely well equipped to the highest standard. It is in a beautiful part of France and we loved visiting Le Bugue, Sarlat, Perigueux, Bergerac and Tremolat. "Accommodation is as described - clean and fresh. Pool is lovely. Comms with Wilfrid was very good - thank you Google translate. All was quiet and peaceful just 30 mins drive into Bergerac. Points for improvement- property is very new feeling with little thought to cooking practicalities- no chopping board, zero space to prepare food which is disappointing. BBQ was available apparently but never seen. Aircon essential and very good in living room but nothing - not even fans in the bedrooms. ...

"Lovely property! We felt instantly relaxed from the moment we arrived until we had to leave. If you want peace and tranquility you would be hard pushed to do better. Our hosts were very welcoming, very easy to talk to as was their neighbours. we would have no problem with returning apart from the stairs which were a little awkward for two over-60's! (We did manage better as the week progressed) Thank You."

"The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. Our room was well appointed though cosy. People who enjoy a spacious room would want to specify that when booking. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner."

"Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights."
