「部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったが、エアコンの効きが悪く寒かったのと、wi-fiが繋がりにくかった。自分で水や少し食料を持参したから良かったが、周辺にはお店もないので、冷蔵庫に少し飲み物を用意したり、紅茶やコーヒーくらい付けて欲しかった。レストランにデザートを食べに行ったが、カットフルーツを子供達が頼んだら、丸ごとの果物とナイフが出てきて唖然…。ジェラートを頼んだら棒アイス…あまりに手抜き！素敵なホテルだけれど、ちょっと残念だった。でも、犬連れには庭も広くて快適だったのでフィレンツェに行く時はまたぜひ泊まりたい」

「The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. 「Wow! The property is just amazing! Located on a vineyard, it is in close proximity to everything. (Sienna, San Gimignano, Castelina di Chianti) The appartment was roomy and great for a family of 4.
