Friendly housekeeper! Spacious room!

The people were super nice! I was having car problems and needed somewhere to stay for couple of days.Staff was very friendly! the room is spacious and was exactly what I needed for some rest. It was however not the cleanest. It was visibly dirty on the tables and shower drain was clogged with hair. I cleaned it out Pryor to showering. There were clean towels and soap was available. My first day was over all pretty good. Second afternoon, housekeeping was great however front desk not so friendly. When I walked through to leave to go do laundry I waved, said hi, paused and the. Person behind the desk just gave me a very odd look like I was disturbing her. I have not made it back yet, I hope she's in a better mood when I return. Or possibly someone different is there.

If I would have known then , what I now know about this hotel. I would have kept driving! The only thing I would rate more than 1 star is the staff. The room looked like they hired someone off the street to do the repair work. The continental breakfast was a joke, 2 pieces of bread (they looked stale), cereal,juice and coffee. That was about what the breakfast consisted of.

No hot water They just charged me for the night while i stayed only 2 hours waiting for the hot water to run in the shower The front desk told me thier hot water has been broken for over 1 week, no one fix it They just open to take your money and force you to leave No one should go thier at all Law quality people and law quality service

We tried to stay but could not. I can get past run down but dirty no way. The first room when we open the door the floor was all sticky with a large sticky spot at the door. Went down to the desk told them he came up with me said the Maintenace man was working in that room and must have made a mess. Gave us another room it was better but dirty. thought we could overlook went and got something to eat. Stop by the pool it was dirty with stuff floating in water. came back pulled down the sheets were stained and paw prints all over the bed. packed up checked out went down the road to Holiday Inn Express. Very nice just 5 minutes down the road in Festus MO.
