The Lodge
Loon Lodge features two finished levels, 3000 sq ft of living space, offering privacy and flexibility for families or groups traveling together. With bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette facilities on both levels, the layout works especially well for families, couples or friends.

Outdoor & Seasonal Highlights Kayaking, fishing, and swimming down the steps at the back of the house (Dock typically installed in May, weather permitting)
Nearby gentle hiking trails that are beautiful in the fall for leaf peeping (also used for snowmobiling in winter)
Ice skating, ice fishing or snowshoeing on the pond in winter
Skiing:
Spruce Mountain & Titcomb Mountain – ~25 minutes
Saddleback, Sunday River & Sugarloaf Mountains– ~70 minutes
One of our favorite experiences is listening to the loons calling at night — truly unforgettable.

Accessing the lake and private dock requires navigating steps and boardwalk down to the water The route may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges No pets allowed
