The bathroom is very small and the shower head and especially the shower drain were moldy and mildew. The front desk guy was very nice but speaks so quietly I had to ask him to repeat himself several times.

Stay was canceled since there were no rooms on 1st floor and no elevator to get to 2 nd floor. Front desk said they would cancel the booking but still went on to bill me.

Hole in bathroom door, unclean toilet, bathroom was too small the only thing updated was the high end light up mirror with touch light. Mattress was stained, the rooms bible was scribbled in and dirtied. Multiple holes in the walls, overall awful experience, the customer service was mediocre. The only good thing I can say was that the housekeeper had a good attitude.

Arrived, window doors were filled with handprints. Carpet was dirty. Sticky spot on floor in room. Whole place including room smelled of disinfectant covering up ... a little sickening. Windows in room were filthy. We returned the key to the desk and drove away. One young lady at the desk was efficient. Her associate was visibly nervous. We want a refund.

i usually never leave reviews but this place omg.. stay away if you can, the room was taped to hold it together, the bathtub was like patched up, the bedsheets had like black dots on it, just a very sketchy place. the pictures look nothing like the actual place, just overall the worst experience ever. at least the front desk were nice and gave me a full refund because that is ridiculous

Check in went well. Rooms are newly remodeled and I very much appreciate having no carpet. However, this changes how housekeeping needs to clean (vacuum where dirt has pushed to the base boards, under chair cushions, under chairs, etc) and I don’t think they’re quite there yet. I will stay here again, but don’t come here expecting luxury. Middle bed blanket had hair on it, can see daylight beside AC unit, bathroom remodel needs a bit more work (hole where the light used to be, bath faucet loose, screw sticking out from wall to “hold” vanity up)

The Beds were very comfortable. The room could have used a better broom to sweep the floor. When we checked in asked about the breakfast. He said it was a hot breakfast. Next day there was NO Bbreakfast...not even bread for toast let alone a hot breakfast!!!! Therefre, I would say that breakfast was non existent.

Good: very clean. Rooms are good, beds are comfortable. Convenient to the mall and other shopping. Good size fridge and decent microwave. Could be better: Only one set of lights in the room. TV has no guide so it was difficult to find a show to watch. Breakfast had no protein only carb foods (at least the day we were there), not even boiled eggs. No ice bucket or coffee maker in the room. I realize it is an economy hotel but some of the things listed above we have got at a Super 8.
