"Towels were stained and one had a hole in it, there was only one washcloth in the room, no vent in the bathroom but had a nasty looking hole up there for one in the ceiling. The bed looked like it needed to be replaced. The pillows were flat, sheets were stained. We had to go ask for an ice bucket ..."
