「The room was comfortable for a family of 4, the room was clean, but there was an awful smell on the hallway. The hotel is 20 minutes by bus to the train station, the bus is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so it is not that close, you need to plan in advance so you will get to the train on time. 「We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....

「滞在3日目になりますが、部屋の掃除をしていない。滞在2日目には、部屋の清掃をお願いするタグをドアに掛け午前８時前に外出し、午後６時過ぎに帰って来ましたが、部屋掃除のタグがドアに掛かっていたので、掃除をしていない事も想定し部屋に入ったら、ゴミもそのままで別途メーク無し、タオルの交換無しでした。結局部屋に入らない、何の意味が部屋の掃除のタグに有るんですか❓ 今回はイギリスの e-VISA申請に不備が有り、日程変更しましたが。日本のオペレータからその旨、変更可能か確認して頂きましたが、NGでした。予約時に予約キャンセルの場合には返金なしを選択の為、この件に対しては納得出来ましたが、部屋の掃除をしない事は違うと考えます。」
