Great space!

We had several rooms booked here for a family wedding in the area. The breakfast room became our own little gathering room all weekend and worked really well for all of us. The beds were comfortable, clean and just great staff. We would book again!

Excellent Hotel

We're visiting the area at New Year and we were very comfortable at Holiday Inn Express on a very cold weekend.

Hard to love

I wish Holiday Inn was kore consistent. I think I have to give up on them just because the beds are so bad. If the bed had been halfway decent, I'd give this plave 4/5. But it wasn't so I give it 2.5/5.

Ms. Laura, I am sorry your experience with us was not up to your expectations. We are in the process of evaluating all of our beds. We currently do try and maintain them by a preventative maintenance schedule of rotating them quarterly. We hope you give us another chance in the future.

Great place to stay for busines

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and bed was very comfortable, and looked new.

If you are staying in the area, you can always count on Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Falfurrias to exceed all of your expectations. It may cost a little more than the other hotels in the area, but you will not regret it. From the rooms, to the pool to the breakfast area, you will be glad you stayed here.

Great hotel...a little pricey

Great clean comfortable hotel as expected. A little expensive but considering the other choices in town it was worth it.

Comfortable & Quiet

We had a quiet and comfortable stay. To our surprise the continental breakfast was improved with more breakfast choices for the whole family. Great breakfast which saved us money.

I was double billed from Holiday Inn and Expedia, although I never knew I was dealing with Expedia. I explained to the hotel staff that I had already been billed so they should not swipe my card, which they did anyhow.I am still hoping that this is rectified swiftly.

Good eperience

We went on this trip to see family we hadn't seen in over 10 years. The hotel is the nicest in town its clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the free breakfast was actually good. I have no complaints.

very nice. This is the second time we have stayed there. The location is great and there is a wonderful Mexican restaurant right next door. The staff is awesome. Might need to do a little bit about the water pressure though.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable. The best part about our stay was the staff. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and asked us daily if we had all our needs met. This is a great hotel.

No internet no tv

I've stayed here before. It's super clean and friendly staff but not being able to watch tv or surf the internet is a real pain in the butt and leaves you bored stiff at night and then not even offering a discount!

Dustin33 from V, We are truly sorry for your experience. I believe this was during the big storm that knocked the whole town of Falfurrias down. There was no cable service nor internet service for the whole city until the next day when both were restored about 10am. During the storm and throughout the night, we contacted our provider repeatedly for updates and was informed each time that it was not an isolated occurrence and the whole area was basically completely down and could not give us an estimated time of repair but they were working to resolve. We apologize again that you had to experience this and hope you know we did everything in our power to restore service for our guests during this time - it was just beyond our control. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how your stay was.

Trip in to surprise family

My dad and step mom are from here. Seeing that there is a nice hotel in town was surprising, you don't see that often in small towns. My stay was quite enjoyable.

great stay on the way

very friendly staff. Willing to help in any way they can. Marked the convenience of location as a 4 only because we were trying to be near Kingsville. Falfurrias is a small Texas town with that quaint Texas charm.

Excellent Place to Stay in Falfurrias, Texas

I loved the stay; however I did cancel my reservations because my son works for the US Gov and he was able to receive a lower rate. My reservations were canceled and my son upgrade to a suite. We did have a lovely stay. We will continue to stay at the Holiday Inn in Falfurrias, Texas.

Thank God for this hotel in such a small town! We always stay there because the other choices in town are scary. Everything was great, even the customer service given by the employees.

Internet always down

While the room was quite nice and service was acceptable, the major complaint is that the Internet is always down. Quite an inconvenience for the business travelers.

Definitely one of the newest" business model" hotels for Holiday Inn.Very inviting whdn you enter into the lobby, and the rooms are spacious and resonably priced ! Even the swimming pool seemed to be an upgrade from what you normally find !

Don't rely on them for a wake up call

Despite requesting a wake up call and following up to confirm the wake up call had been booked, I never received a wake up call. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic given the rural nature of Falfurrias.

Very Nice Hotel

I went to this hotel while on business. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The bed was comfortable too. Very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning (eggs and bacon). No complaints.

Booked room for visiting relative. This facility is a Gem. Don't cheat yourself if you're in the area. I wish I could find places like this when I travel!
