The Villa is a 200 m², detached house with a large, enclosed garden, swimming pool, four terraced bedrooms, a fireplace and central heating. It is ideal for everyone wishing to spend their holidays in southern Crete.
Having been the family home of the owner, it was renovated in the winter of 2008 and is now ready and fully-equipped to welcome all guests who wish to enjoy nature's beauty.
The Villa in Pitsidia, Heraklion, Crete underwent extensive renovation in the winter 2008-2009 and was transformed into a house of high aesthetic and unparalleled beauty. It opened its doors in spring 2009 to offer its visitors the luxury of peace and quiet along with relaxation in a warm family environment.
Its unique location, just 1 km from the amazing beach of Komos and 3 km from the reputed beach of Matala, makes the Villa an ideal destination for both soul-searching travelers and businessmen who want to avoid the hassle of large tourist resorts while residing right next to them.
