The Manager Ali and the staff are the most professional, caring, kind, respectful people on the planet. Extremely hospitable and supportive to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and memorable! Great! Great! Great! Also, bring some extra money for tips. These people go to the next level and deserve something extra. Also, they have a great shoppe right on the property. Great stuff!

Booked a suite got a dirty carpet, smelly bathroom with stains all over. Terrible place to stay, do not recommend at all!!!

First of all, the Reception should be updated with better technology. The first thing the person at the counter told me was that I had to pay cash for my room, without even checking the system and see that I Paid in full for my stay in advanced. I had to look for the receipts and show the person at the counter that I paid because he didn’t have that information. Also, the towels in the room smelled like sweat. They only offered half of a toilet paper. The electricity ? Every day the electricity went off 4 and even 5 times, especially at night, which was very inconvenient and unsafe. The AC control was damaged, went off a few times, there was a tv but with no cable. As complementary items they offer two small bottle of water 2 small snacks. They definitely need to do better and update a lot of stuff, especially for the price they charge per day. Won’t stay in this hotel again .

I was unable to stay at this hotel due to various travel issues. The staff kindly refunded my entire stay due to the issues which were out of my hand and even though it was a non refundable booking. i have stayed here before though and it is an excellent hotel.
