The property was immaculately clean. It was modern, comfortable, and had one of the nicer and larger bathrooms we've had with comparable properties.
We had never done a virtual check in, but it went very well. The communication was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Check out was a breeze as well.
There was a beautiful pool area and work out room with clean, functional equipment.
Location wise- I do want to mention the quality of the property itself is wonderful as is its neighboring apartment/condo complexes...however...it is also next to train tracks and a more run down area with homeless encampment under the bridge. We felt safe walking through this area during the day but would not have done it at night. The greater good is that it was less than 2 miles to downtown and all the Broadway fun. Parking for Broadway is very pricey, but being so close you can Uber or Waymo easily.
So, on the whole- I would still HIGHLY recommend this property for your Nashville stay. We had a great time and I bet you will, too. =)"
