Our Cozy Cottage is in lovely Fairview, NC, just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, and 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, in a great area to hike, bike or go for a trailrun.
The Cottage has a living space with a small sleeper couch and comfy chairs to read, a dining table for four and a little kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower you'll find behind the blue barn door.
Welcome, we hope you feel right at home!

Cute tiny house in Fairview

Cute tiny house in Fairview - quiet wooded neighborhood. 10 minutes to downtown Asheville. Cute bar up the street- the Joint next door.Bed was VERY comfortable. Outdoor fire pit looked nice but I didn’t get to use it cause I was only able to stay one night. Host was very accommodating and available. I will definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin,great place to stay !

This is a well maintained unit, and will be renting in the future travels again. Natascha was a great host. Anyone can see upon turning the key she takes pride in her rental unit, and her guests needs.

Place was good for our stay but was much closer to adjacent property than indicated, which was fine since it was not rented. Outside seating area had not been mowed so we didnt even sit there and planters looked rough with dead ferns. Bed and bedding were nice and all was clean and neat inside.

Charming

Natascha is a very nice lady. The unit is very cute and well-appointed. Good location for getting into Asheville. Close to BR Parkway and hiking. Off of any main road. I think it’s best suited for active people who need a home base. Maybe not as much for a family who wants to lounge around. No deck or view. Ideal for young couples or friends. We were on the go a lot during our stay and this was a great landing pad off the beaten path. Bed is comfy. If you need anything, I’m sure Natascha will look after you!

We loved our weekend in asheville!

The Cottage was exactly as advertised, cozy and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a weekend away, including a coffee maker and an awesome air popper for popcorn! Our host was very accommodating and even called a few coffee shops before our stay to ensure we had options for our first day there. The bathroom and bedroom were small, but had everything we needed! There was tons of natural light, but also quite a bit of privacy with pull-down shades. The cottage is located on the same property as the farmhouse, but we did not run into the other guests staying there. Overall, our stay was amazing, we would definitely book a weekend here again!
