We are nestled in the mountains with a lovely terrace that looks out onto the Riverside golf course. We are centrally located in the Columbia Valley and close to many activities that will make your stay memorable. Within a five minute drive you will find the famous Fairmont Hot Springs, horseback riding, zip lining, bike riding and fine dining. Depending on the season you may also want to head out for a hike, hit the slopes, raft down the Columbia River or rest on the beaches in Invermere.

This condo has brand new plank flooring throughout, new plumbing, new window coverings and new appliances.

Great get away!
Beautifully appointed, newly renovated, clean , modern condo. Ideal location with lovely view of the mountains & golf course. Quiet relaxing space & perfect for 2 couples. Will definitely recommend to friend & return ourselves. A couple of things just fyi to the owner- perhaps update there is no lock box- there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, only one bath towell in the front bedroom, ( total of 3 for 4 people) the window in the back bedroom didn’t have a attachment to open it so room had no fresh air access. I just thought if you’re not using it regularly these might be things you’re not aware of but hopefully appreciate knowing. Certainly won’t stop us from returning- thank you- really enjoyed our stay!

Nice place for home base as we visited surrounding areas. Quiet, nicely updated. The kitchen had the basics for cooking meals. The carpet in the living room seemed to have accumulated hair (maybe from a pet?) and needs some attention. Owners were quite nice and communicative.

Used to own one of these units as a timeshare rental more than 15 years ago and have since sold it as the kids have grown up. Property owner was very accomodating and shelves were stocked with essentials. Only downside if you're a light sleeper is being on the bottom level as depending on the occupants on the main level, the noise could be disturbing. Would always return here every chance I can get. Love the rocks (pebbles, actually) that we can our names on.

Clean and comfortable
The condo was amazing, great location, very clean and owner was very friendly. I have only 1 complaint, it would have been nice to know how many stairs to the condo. We looked at the pictures and assumed there was no stairs or an elevator. My father is in a wheelchair, getting him in and out was tricky. Good times had by all and would book here again.
