No staff support, room was not properly made before visit. The coffee pot was disgusting and the toaster appeared as though someone had cooked food on TOP of the toaster. there are basically no functioning amenities here either other than a poor gym. There is NO cafe as advertised but there’s a “Biergarten” ...

We had a beautiful week in Smithfield. The main house was a great place for our family dinners,for our family of 18. There's everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The lake was warm but very shallow. Great area for hiking as well. We even went rollerskating next-door.
