「The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. However, the room was not properly cleaned, and there is no air conditioning, making it extremely hot during the heat wave. There is also no elevator, so reaching the 4th floor meant climbing more than 80 stairs. Keep that in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues.」

「Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend」

「Excellent accommodations. The house is one of Brussels oldest standing houses and has an interesting past which is seen throughout the house. The location is perfect; short walking distance to the main square in old town and not to far from subways. Marc the owner is amazing; goes above and beyond to insure you have a great stay. Had top of the line coffee in the room along with a welcome gift. Lots of restaurants and things to do a short distance away by walking in the direction of the main...
