価格に含まれる3つの伝統的な石臼の建物を改造したこの美しいサイトは、一緒に休暇を過ごしたいカップルや家族で構成されるグループに理想的です。

このオプションは、賃借人に完全なプライバシーと庭園とプールの私的使用を提供します-すべては料金に含まれています。

山の景色が片側にあり、もう一方が栗の森に覆われている素晴らしい環境は、本物の山の隠れ家であり、素晴らしい冒険です。 敷地の一部は元の水路の後ろに囲まれています。また、流れる水もあり、水がうまく流れているときに冷却するための小さなプールを形成します。

このようなユニークな設定を共有することは別として、3つのキャラクターのプロパティはすべて、梁のある天井、石の床、栗窓などを誇る多くの愛情とケアで復元されました。

プロパティ：
4つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、2つのキッチン、ダイニングエリア、ソファベッド付きのリビングルームがある「ムリーノグランデ」があります。 この家は8プラス2で寝ます。
次に、同じ場所にありますが、庭園の反対側には「ピッコロムリーノ」と「バンビーニ」があります。 工場に水を運ぶ古い水道橋に建てられたこれらの2つのコテージアパートメントは、カップルと小さな家族にとってはかわいいオプションであり、プライバシーと独自の大きな屋外ダイニングスペースもあります。

Tuscany retrear

Lovely property. Deep in the mountains of Tuscany. No air con needed as very cool in the house. Houses great really big and completely private. All the sounds you hear is running water and the birds. As we had been travelling from early morning it would have been nice if there had been a welcome pack with a few essentials as we were all so tired and the nearest supermarket was 20minutes away. Gabrielle who showed us round the property gave us some home made wine which was very kind and delicious. Also a manual in the house would have been helpful too. Overall we had a lovely time exploring the area and coming across some wildlife such as a porcupine at night alongside lots of fire flies and enjoyed our evening outside although it does get quite cool so do remember to bring a jacket

Amazing Place

Incredible stay in Tuscan Paradise!

What can I say, an incredible villa in a beautiful part of Italy. Our stay was truly phenomenal, the surroundings of the villa are serene & the villa itself provides everything needed. Make sure to go exploring the multiple waterfalls on the property (safely) & visit some of the local restaurants/attractions. The restaurant in Vallico Sopra (open Saturday & Sunday only) is well worth a visit if only for the incredible value for money & hospitality. It’s a locals place, with great pastas & meat courses - although the pizza was distinctly average. The house Red wine was cheap & washed the food down expertly! It’s an easy walk, so everyone can enjoy. The little “DeSpar” shop/deli in Fabbriche di Vergemoli was our absolute favourite & avoids having to go all the way into the valley for food/drink. The €3 locally produced wine, washed down the freshly sliced hams & cheeses formed the majority of our meals - the owner speaks phenomenally good English & has a handsome dog called “King” that is often hanging around the town. We loved our stay, be aware the property is vast & finding it in the dark - even with the very clear directions - requires some bravery! We can’t wait to return.

Hideaway in the Tuscan Mountains

We had a pleasent stay in this old mountain house. It has a nice garden and pool that allows you to spend your day there. Trips to Lucca, Pisa or hikes up the mountains are nice options for daytrips. The next supermarkets are 25 minutes away since you need to drive down the mountain road so we tried to combine grocery shopping with our trips. Since we were the first guests of the season there were some spiders in the house and in the kitchen and the dishwasher wasn’t working but the owner was very responsive and sent a cleaning team and a technician to solve the issues. We can recommend the house for groups of friends who want to stay outside of a city.

We verbleven met 8 volwassenen en 1 kind van bijna 2 jaar in Borgo Mulino in de eerste week van augustus. Het huis, de twee kleinere huizen en de tuin waren perfect proper. Het huis is erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige minpuntje zijn de vele trappen. Maar dat is dan maar sport ;). Het zwembad is zeer groot en verzorgd. Het domein is enorm. Het was een zalige, rustige vakantie temidden van de bergen. Op bijna 1000 m hoogte dus heerlijke, aangename temperaturen. In Firenze bijvoorbeeld was het 10 graden warmer. 24 - 34

A wonderful week!

We were with 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids) and were surprised of how large the total accommodation was and also the fact that it is really remote. The quietness is breathtaking. And there are so many different spots where you can sit down and relax. A special thanks to our caretaker Giuliano. He was our go to guy when we needed anything!

Wunderschöne weitläufige Anlage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig die sanitären Anlagen sind verbesserungswürdig. Toilettenbrille abgebrochen und Dusche nur wenig Wasser und starke Temperaturschwankungen des Wassers. Die Anfahrt ist auch wirklich nicht für etwas tiefer gelegte Autos geeignet. Ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe und die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen.

Hochwertiges Ferienhaus, etwas abgelegen

Das Ferienhaus liegt leicht erhöht (ca. 340 Hm) und idyllisch umgeben von Wald. Wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Ferienhaus wurde sehr liebevoll und hochwertig renoviert und bietet viel Platz für eine Großfamilie. Der riesige Swimming-Pool samt ausreichend Liegemöglichkeit ist opitmal zum Entspannen. Aufgrund der mühsamen (sehr kurvenreich) und teilweise schlechten Fahrverhältnisse (vor allem die letzten 100 Meter) ist die Lage für unternehmenslustige Familien eher nicht so gut geeignet. Vor Anreise empfiehlt sich jedenfalls ein Großeinkauf in einem größeren Supermarkt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt vor Ort führt nur das Notwendigste. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich hervorragend betreut.

Lille perle langt oppe i bjergene over Lucca

Vi havde en fantastisk uge 28 i Borgo I Mulinetti, dybt inde i Monte Apuane 1 times kørsel nordvest for Lucca. 14 personer i 4 familier havde god plads i 3 separate huse omkring en fælles, pænt stor swimmingpool. God udenomsplads, hvor vi kunne spise alle måltider i fællesskab under parasollerne, men også med plads til den enkelte familie ved hvert hus, som hver især havde fine køkkenforhold. Særdeles fint restaureret og vedligeholdt tidligere vandmølle, fortsat med den lille flod klukkende ned langs området. Ingen umiddelbare naboer i området, som er meget stille og roligt. Der skal tænkes over hvilke råvarer, man skal bruge hver dag, da der er pænt langt til større indkøbsmuligheder efter en længere tur ned af bjergene i mange hårnålesving. Pragtfuld natur med masser af muligheder for motion for hele familien, men også som base for udflugter i smukke Toscana. Kan stærkt anbefales til større familier

Vacances exceptionnelles

Propriété exceptionnelle. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances. Nous sommes arrivés à 15, en famille et chacun avait la possibilité d’être Indépendant (salle de bain et chambre) et avait son intimité. Piscine géniale, tout le monde a apprécié . Villa magnifique, dans le style pur toscan(vieilles pierres et très bien aménagée) nous la recommandons vivement. Et les propriétaires sont d’une extrême gentillesse et toujours présent si nous avions besoin d’eux, c’est très appréciable. Cela fut d’excellentes vacances.

Amazing place

Beautiful and comfortable property with a lot of space, perfect as base of operations to explore Tuscany. The pictures do not really make it justice, it's way better. The kids loved the facilities (very big pool, ping pong, river stream, patios, bbq), ideal to spend lazy morning and nights before/after leaving to explore the region or just spend the day if not feeling like going out. Good restaurants around, we recommend Sandra (2km) and Mulino Vecchio (5km); and overall nice surroundings.

House in the mountains

We had such a wonderful stay at Borgo i Mulinetti. Travelling with my extended family and we could all get a house of our own. Perfekt! The view over the valley was amazing. The beds were really good and comfy. We enjoyed the pool every day:) Our children loved to watch all the small lizards running around! Sure, it was a bit of a ride up to the house, but it was so worth it! We did our shopping in at the big supermarket 30 min away. There's a small path in the woods to a nearby village. Or you can drive. We found a small shop, just knocked on the door and an elderly woman came to open for us. We also bought our breakfast eggs from the local farmer :) It was truly a wonderful vaccation. First we had alot of things planned but in the end we rarely leaved the property. Beacuse we loved it so much!! Really quiet and good for the soul. And for the legs, haha! Running up and down from the pool to the house on the top was a bit of a workout:)

It truly is a beautiful place in a stunning setting!

We recently had a family holiday in this lovely property. First of all - the location is absolutely stunning - the views are wonderful. If you want to get away from it all and relax in peace and quiet this is the place. We were four generations and 10 people in total. The house accommodated us comfortably - my parents (in their 80s) stayed in the Bambini house which worked perfectly as they had space and peace from the younger members of the group! There are a lot of stairs in the main house so care needs to be taken if you have little ones or mobility problems. You can see how much love and care has been taken with renovating the property and it has been well thought out. The pool is beautiful and there were plenty of good quality loungers and umbrellas. The table tennis table was a huge hit and what views! The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to cater for everyone. We found a little shop down the hill for basic supplies but did the majority of food shopping at Conad in Gallicano. The drive up and down the hill is quite epic! We were very happy to spend the majority of time at Borgo Mulino but did make a trip to Lucca which was lovely. We ate out at Sandra’s and also Il Canapale which were both welcoming and extremely good value. The grounds of the property were larger than we expected and very pretty with the stream flowing down. There is a footpath from the top of the property up to Vallico Sopra which is fun to do. All in all, we thought Borgo Mulino was super and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Fantastic location and very comfortable housing

We were 10 adults and 5 children and everybody enjoyed the week. The Mulinetti is comfortable and the position a bit up in the mountains means hot days and cool nights. We have rented houses in France and Italy every summer for our family for 15 years and we all think that this was the best until now. Do not be afraid of the winding roads, it only adds to the notion of silence and peace, all you hear is the rippling creek.

Lediglich die Anfahrt (20 Minuten enge Serpentinenstraße) und die Haus-Zufahrt (unangenehm holprig und steinig), waren etwas anstrengend. Ansonsten einfach nur empfehlenswert mit sehr hohem Erholungswert.

A little bit of heaven

We spent two weeks here with extended family including 6 children under 4 . We were very conscious of the stairs however we had no issues and absolutely loved the house, the pool and the setting. You just need to watch the smaller ones. The drive up here is worth it for the amazing views and the tranquility it affords . We visited Lucca and some of our party hired bikes and rode the city wall , loved Pisa and Barga others in our party went to Florence and then to Maranello to see the cars! Of course the sunshine and beautiful Italian food ,pasta. Pizza and ice cream just make you fall in love with Italy in general! We loved Restarante Da Sandra ......amazing value and beautiful food ....we took all the children....and we were made to feel very welcome ! We have between 15 of us seen 1 fox 3 badgers, 2 black squirrels, a couple of small black headed grass snakes and one large snake visited us by the pool ! Up in smaller houses they had a few scorpions ......four in total but easily removed! This place is magical for those who like to be away from the crowds .....for us grandparents who like to spend time with children and grandchildren it was perfection . thank you for sharing this lovely Home with us Karen and Alan Shropshire August 2017

Beautiful property very high in the mountains

While the home and grounds were beautiful, and the owners were very accommodating and welcoming, the property is somewhat difficult to reach. If you plan on staying at the home and exploring the surrounding fantastic villages in the area, it is perfect and highly recommended. However, if you plan on exploring nearby cities such as Lucca, Pisa, and Florence, the drive up/down the mountain from the main road is somewhat tedious and makes the drive about 45 minutes from Lucca.
