"Booked this great place for a fishing trip and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was spotless—everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. It even smelled great when we arrived.The hosts were friendly, attentive, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the process. We especially appreciated the pre-bagged ice, which helped keep our cooler cold and ready for our fishing days.The large driveway was another nice bonus, providing plenty of room for both our truck and boat. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely consider renting this property again on our next trip."

"Cute little cabin for a quick weekend get away. Perfect location for us to go fish during the day at the lake, then head up to Knoxville for a race! Great hosts. Clean. Quiet town. Would stay again! We slept downstairs since the bed is right by the stairs upstairs, and I get up several times in the night and the ceiling is a bit low for us tall people up there. Overall a good stay."

"This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. We made it work. Very nice place and we will surely be back."

"Nice accommodations. Friendly staff very helpful. Pool was nice... nothing fancy but nice! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good- waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, fresh fruit only thing missing was form of protien... no eggs, sausage or bacon... not even hard boiled eggs. That's my only point for improvement."

"Here’s a polished VRBO review you could use:We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had cute decor that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip—just a short distance from the boat ramp, making lake access incredibly convenient. There was also plenty of room to park our boat and trailer when we weren’t on the water, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place near the lake."

"My husband stayed at this property recently with some friends for a fishing trip. They said it was in a great location. It was close to the lake and also close to a bait shop. There was a town 7 miles away. There was room for both boats to be put under the carport. The house had everything they needed and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable."

"This cabin is just as it’s pictured! It is VERY clean and well stocked. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. This cabin is in a great location. We visited The Bridges of Madison County during our stay. (1 1/2 away) From the cabin to a boat ramp was less than 5 minutes. The Moravia area is very beautiful with rolling hills and it is so peaceful out on the lake. Our stay very enjoyable. When we are back in the Moravia area we will try to stay here again!"
