"Per Expedia I chose the option to pay at property. Upon arrival my friend whom I made the reservation for (with my card) was not allowed to check in or substitute his card for payment as we usually do. They insisted upon taking my driver's license and entering info from it (why?), charged my card for the room and also charged a "surcharge" in case of damage to maybe get refunded later. I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels, and did not agree to any of this. It was my third stay here, and it will be my last."

"Nothing like what the pictures show. Supposedly remodeled but was run down, filthy, no ice and vending was limited to items that looked like they had been there for quite some time. Man passed out on the steps making it difficult to get to second floor. Breakfast was a dry muffin and small bottle of imitation orange juice."

"Pros: Nice hot breakfast. Checked out a day early with no problem. Cons: Parking lot is very rough. Room smelled a bit musty or something. Door to bathroom was a sliding 'pocket' door, was off the track and took a lot of force to open and close. Shower was of the 'walk-in' or 'roll-in' type, and let a lot of water spill out onto the tile of the bathroom floor, making it slippery. Sink in bathroom had a leak - when you turned the water on, the sink counter top got all wet and water dripped onto the floor. Overall: The property is run-down and I will not stay here again."

"The entire place smells horrible when you walk in. The staff do not clean up after other guests, the breakfast area in the morning was so disgusting we didn’t hardly grab anything. The bathroom shower head literally only came up to my chest.there was old hair tangled up in the sink. The beds were rock solid and I wouldn’t even say they give you a blanket. It was nasty."
