「The Hotel was delightful and the staff very accommodating. The Hotel restaurant breakfast was extraordinary. We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. Very appreciative!!!! 」

「The hotel is in a really nice part of Valparaiso with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-lit. The bathroom was also quite big and the shower was really nice. The staff were super helpful and gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit. The rooftop terrace is lovely with excellent views. 」

「What an amazing stay! Special shout-out to Benjamin for his excellent service both days we were there. Beautiful gardens and outdoor space, room was nice, great location, and we loved the breakfast and laundry service provided!! Would happily stay here again! 」
