The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to the living space. The first bedroom on this floor features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-over-2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The main floor also includes a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC.

The upper floor is accessed via a steep staircase and features a gallery area with sloping ceilings, where ceiling heights range from 80 to 200 cm.
