Come stay at the best spot! In the mountains of Maine. At the very end of the Ridge Road, right on the ATV/snowmobile trail. You can take a short walk on the property to amazing views of Sugarloaf, Saddleback and bigelow mtn range. Great hiking, biking atv/snowmobiling right from the property. Only 20 mins to Sugarloaf and 45 mins to Saddleback. Just a few minutes from flagstaff lake. This is a newly built, full amenity custom apartment above the garage. You park and enter at the back of the garage and take the outside stairs up. Please keep driveway clear there is plenty of room to park a trailer on the property. No Internet on site but great cell service. A full kitchen with all amenities for cooking, a tv with a selection of movies and books to browse. An amazingly cozy place to come and relax at after a long day of enjoying what the area has to offer.

Perfect spot!
Beautiful space that is very well taken care of. Perfectly located for exploring in Rangeley, Eustis, Flagstaff Lake & Sugarloaf. The views from the property were incredible, especially the star gazing! Absolutely loved it!

Wonderful Retreat
We spent the week 4/9 to 4/16 skiing at Sugarloaf. What a wonderful place to spend our downtime. This was the perfect distance from the mountain (20 min.) and the drive was beautiful. The property was clean, well-appointed, and beautiful. Directions to access the key were clear and accurate and everything we needed was supplied. We had one totally rainy day and we were comfortable spending the lounging around and relaxing. We hope to rent it again next winter for another ski trip.

Eustis Ridge Escape
This property is new, clean, and quiet. The ride up the ridge is beautiful in the daylight, and it was just a short ride to Sugarloaf. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to stay during a ski or snowmobile trip, this is a great spot.

Cozy and functional!
Awesome little cabin with everything you need! Super helpful hosts. Lots of appliances, cookware and spices in the kitchen. More than enough towels and blankets. Very clean. 20 minutes to Sugarloaf entrance.
