"Beautiful property. But Issues: 1) Confusing names of two area Clayton properties. Several other travelers arrived at wrong property had to go back to airport to get on different shuttle. 2) No AC air conditioning! Window open helps but you HEAR PLANES OVERHEAD ALOT!"

"This is a very convenient hotel and location, right in Terminal 1, facing train station. It is extremely quiet. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Only issue which happens too often is we found a long black hsir in the tub and also the shower/tub didn't have a door, just a ¼ glass that unfortunately didn't shield enough resulting in puddles of water on the bathroom floor which to us made it unsafe. We were very mindful but we're tall and the shower is just poorly designs. Overall we would return again bc of convenience of location and quietness"

"We have stayed at the Hilton Airport before as it is so very convenient to walk with bags to the airport and they do have a shuttle service but there is no timetable but we were happy to just grab a trolley and go. We had dinner and breakfast and the food is good. The staff are very helpful and we had no problem getting a late checkout which was very convenient for us. For an airport hotel it is very good."
