WALK EVERYWHERE DOWNTOWN! Don't be cramped in a hotel room! Stay Eureka Springs - Devine's Downtown is convenient and spacious! This very large, 2 bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. It is a large open space with plenty of room to spread out. It includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Features include a home theater projection system with surround sound and a deck that overlooks Main street. One parking space is included and you can easily walk to everything Eureka. The balcony on the front of the building is the perfect spot to relax. Can sleep 2-9 guests.
This amazing apartment with balcony is located in the heart of downtown Main Street, at the base of the iconic rainbow staircase. The balcony on the front of the building is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the downtown lifestyle that Eureka Springs has to offer.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. (sleeps 2 people)

Bedroom 2: Has a twin over full bunk bed and a trundle bed. (sleeps up to 5 people)

Living room also has a pull out sofa bed. (sleeps 2 people)
Bathroom note: While there are a lot of beds, this suite only has one bathroom. There is an adjoining room with more sleeping and 2 additional bathrooms. Please consider renting the "apartment suite" if you want more bathrooms and additional parking spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: This space is on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs required to access the apartment.

There is lots of noise downtown, you will hear street noise, people, and more when you stay in this apartment. The middle bedroom is quiet for any early birds. We are surrounded on 3 sides by nightclubs so you will hear people around town late into the night on weekends.
Guest Access: You will be provided the code for the back door . There are cameras on the rear of the building monitoring when people are coming and going.
OTHER DETAILS: JULY & AUGUST NOTICE: Sometimes we get unseasonably hot temps in Eureka. Even though we have new brand new HVAC and new insulation, our 130 year-old building really struggles when the Temps get over 90. During the day, this unit will probably not cool down below 75 when the temps outside climb to 95 or higher. It typically does cool down to 70 in the evening. Be sure to keep the blinds closed to help keep the sun out.

PARKING: The parking is very limited in downtown Eureka Springs. We offer ONE parking space with this rental.

HOUSE MANUAL: This building is 130 years old. Even though it has been updated, it still has some quirks.

Keeping the blinds closed in the living room will help tremendously in managing the heat and cool air in the space.

Please wash all dirty dishes before you leave, load the dishwasher and start before exiting.

Please toss all food and grease into the trash, and don't put it down the kitchen sink drain. Even though there is a disposal, the building is old, and there are a lot of plumbing challenges.

Exterior door locks automatically behind you. Internet information will be provided on-site. There is a thermostat in the room you can adjust for your comfort.

DO not park in the street behind the steps (yes, it is a road, not just an alley ) I know it's convenient, but please do not park behind the buildings on either side of the stairs. Those are other privately-owned businesses, and they also have very limited parking.

If you utilize the couch as a bed, please protect our furniture and use the provided sheets in the bottom drawer of the dresser and make the couch up like a bed.

Accidents happen. People get embarrassed when something spills or breaks – we’ve seen it all! Please let us know if something happens so we can get attention to it right away. Currently, we do not charge a deposit and would like to keep it that way for future guests.

If any rule is broken, we will be forced to add a charge of a minimum of $100 (could be more depending on labor) as well as report you to the booking channel you booked with.

We have many items for your convenience, a hair dryer, ironing board, iron, makeup remover wipes, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, a microwave, and fridge. Let us know if you need anything else. For your safety a fire extinguisher is located in the space.
