Wonderful location and views with a short walk to the beach.

Enjoy the spacious living/dining area with expansive views in all directions of the coastline, mountains, harbor, fishing fleet, lighthouse and ocean. Enjoy the views from each of the large bedrooms through the big bedroom windows. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a deck for your enjoyment outside the livingroom from which your can hear the searly lions in the harbor. The backyard is fenced and is very private and quiet, and you can use the gas grill to barbecue. There is an attached garage for your convenience. There is also lots of additional paved parking for additional cars, a boat, or RV. There is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a 65 inches TV with Netflix and DVD. There is wifi provided. All kitchen dishes and bedroom/bathroom linens are provided. The vacation home is upstairs on the 2nd floor. outside the house is the bike path/ California coastal trail which you can walk to the beach, harbor, sea lions, and fishing fleet in a few minutes. Restaurants, groceries, liquor stores, the library, lighthouse, fishing pier, and the oceanfront city park with playground and disc golf course are all a short walk away. Within a few miles drive is coastal hiking and hiking in the Redwood National and State Parks, golfing, surfing, shopping, and the beautiful Smith River National Recreation Area.

Nice view in an isolated area

We enjoyed our stay. Missed the turn onto the one way street the first time ( thought it was the entrance to the RV park). Not really much around the house ( not in a residential area). View was nice. Fridge had a bit of a fishy odor, otherwise, house was clean. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the space.

Fantastic view of the bay and lots of room

This was a great. Place for a three generation family stay. We all had room and comfort. The rental is on the second floor but even grandparents made it up and down nicely. The views are wonderful of the bay and the ocean on the horizon. The short walk to the beach and a bit longer trek to the light house were enjoyed by all. It was so quiet except for the barking of the sea lions and the fog horn (which are heard everywhere in Crescent City)! It had a homey feel and coziness. The kitchen is well stocked and made mealtimes easy. The little ones really enjoyed the garden area and kept looking for fish in the ponds. The bathrooms were nice. It is on the coast so we expected stained grouting, etc. But was clean and maintained. Everyone from the 5 year old to 82 year old really enjoyed our stay.

We were only there one night, so not much to comment on. Unit was clean, great Keurig coffee bar, tea, and anything you enjoy in your beverage. Great living space comfortable sofa and love seat recliners plus cozy throws/blankets for the cooler night we were there.

Great place for visiting Redwood National Park

Very nice property, great view. In excellent shape. Confusing access to driveway. Was 2nd floor as stated, however lots of steep stairs and may be difficult for older guests. We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wonderful and View. The location was near everything. It was a short walk to the marina and a short drive to the supermarket. The house was large enough for 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a meal. The garden was beautiful and it seemed like the host had put a lot of work and effort into it. The view from the patio was amazing. Too bad we couldn’t stay any longer and we strongly recommend this place.

Nice apartment close to Redwoods, beach, etc.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated with three spacious bedrooms. A great view of the bay and lighthouse with access to the Redwoods, beaches, and more. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Crescent City house

The house was fairly nice. We had ants,beds need new mattresses and sofa and side chairs very uncomfortable. Other than that every else was good.

Pretty dated and an odd odor when you come in from outside. Traffic noise was loud. The back yard is very nice and nice having the walkways to the marina and back the other way.

This was a good location, with restaurants, hikes, beaches all within 30 or less minutes away. It was noisy though since it was close to a busy road. I didn't realize that when we booked it. The noise was most noticable in the master bedroom. Not the host's fault, just the location.
