"Convenient location 5 minute walk to Seoraksan Park entrance. Bus stop to Sokcho right in front of hotel. Warm room and they upgraded to room with two double beds with mountain view, much appreciated. However, room service non-existent. Neither of the 2 hotel restaurants were open for dinner. We ordered dinner but food was terrible and we had to go down and pick it up from front desk. Front desk staff not always at front desk and often didn’t answer phone. No coffee or tea in rooms. Dated decor is fine but problem is hotel needs upkeeping— in front of our room was water stains on walls and peeling wallpaper. No gym or pool on premises. Despite all of above, price reasonable and would stay here again due to convenience to park entrance. "

"The outside of the hotel was big and glamorous but the rooms were unkept, it smelled, the furniture was peeling, the curtains were dirty, we even found 2 cockroach in the room. Heaters don’t work that we have to be moved. It’s wasn’t what was promoted on the site and I would never go or recommend this place "
