This is a two story lock out unit. So you can rent the upstairs or downstairs separately. This is for both units combined.

We love our home and so will you... it’s nice but not new. 🏡 Built in 1976, it’s been updated but shows some age 😊 like me. (Sleeps 5)

2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat near UofO and Autzen Stadium
Sleeps 5 with a Upstairs king bed and Downstairs Queen bed. Portable crib and air mattress available on Request
Easy access to city activities, including shopping and campus events
Modern amenities, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking for one vehicle
No parties allowed, quiet time after 9 pm

Hold is on your credit card when you check in and is removed when you

check out without damage.

Accurate description

The photos are right on target. The unit is very clean and tidy and comfortable. Sean was very responsive to questions and comments. The location gives good access to restaurants, shops, and Amazon Park. It felt safe and quiet. The kitchen supplies can handle very basic meals/takeout. If plans call for more than that, be prepared to bring your own supplies/equipment.
