I liked the pool, but my marg was pretty bad and the the breakfast was pretty subpar. My girlfriend also didn't like how the hotel was multiple stories up and was a weird location.

It has a unique social area with both indoor and outdoor seating. The pool was perfect, and the breakfast buffet had options for everyone.

Very convenient and close to walkable shopping that allowed your vehicle to remain in a secure place. We stayed the morning before Easter, so my kids were pleasantly surprised to find Easter eggs hidden throughout the hotel the next morning

Was surprised to find out after many stays here that they have implemented a new charge for parking. There is no improvement to the parking nor any security just a new charge.

Stayed one night with my grandson, room size was good, clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Hotel bar and sky deck a plus, pool and hot tub were also a plus. The breakfast also good and offered a nice selection. Staff always very helpful. But...I didn't think $18 to park car was warranted.

Laura at the front desk was amazing, however I wasn’t thrilled that Expedia hadn’t sent my reservation to Hyatt. Unwanted stress at the end of a trip. Expedia should do better

We were put in a room with handicap facilities and did not request them did not need them shower was for wheelchair access and not really convenient for people who don’t use one. Lobby music was constantly like being at a teeny-bopper event.

If the heaters and the fire pits were turned on outside, it would attract more people to the lounge. It looked dead rather than lively and appealing. Music would be nice. Just a suggestion. My only complaint was the breakfast. Waffles were hard as a rock. Waited for fresh ones and they weren’t that much better. The food selection was great. It was how the food was prepared.

Weekend getaway to Oregon
Hotel was great, it is close to everything dinning, shopping and the down town area. Very clean, indoor hot top and pool was great. The bar was great as well. I do highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I have to.

My family and I stayed there when we lost power after an ice storm. The hotel is clean, warm and staff was very friendly! On one of the evenings of fire alarm went off due to a burst pipe. The staff did an excellent job helping folks navigate the seemingly emergency that turned out to be a false alarm. We felt safe and taken care of.

The staff shined brighter than anything. Everything was perfection, but man, they were so friendly and accommodating. Anthony, Lara, Girl with the long dark blonde hair who worked on Jan 18, 19. Cannot say enough great things about these people!

The only beef I have is that this is the second time I have stayed and had some lights work and others not work. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have things work. Staff was fabulous! Parking cost is super high when there are free alternatives right near paid parking. Also. Hotels need room service.
