Some good and some bad
Almost a good place to stay. There are two things to consider when you stay at this hotel: its location and one particular staff. It is located 15min. away by walk from either UO football stadium or mid-size shopping mall. It's good. But there is a bar about 200 yards away, and you can hear its loud, noisy music clearly in your room. Most staff at this hotel were friendly, polite and helpful, except this night shift man. He was quite rude when I asked him a question about taxi in person. He also told me that my 7year old son to use an earplug when I asked him about noise coming from outside. It is a clean and cozy hotel, but I'm not sure if I will stay again.

Front desk service was super nice and helpful. Bartender was also amazing, teaching us tricks of the roads in Eugene! Nice place! Would definitely go back!

Love the wellness focus. Surprising they did not offer complimentary bottled water to the rooms. Wanted to try the pool but missed the opportunity. Would like to stay again in the future.

The hotel is clean. The staff are nice. The workout equipment is nice. The pool was great. I was there for three nights. On the 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 12 am, 3am, and again at 6am. Needless to say no one got sleep. I took my laundry down for laundry service on th le 2nd morning. It did not get sent out, in fact was lost. I had to call the laundry service who told me that I would have to come get it, but they did not have it. The same person at the front desk that I gave my laundry to started to act like they didnt know what I was talking about. Then that person quickly remembered that it didnt get sent out. They said they were really sorry and handed them back to me. I needed those clothes cleaned before the next part of my trip. The manager came running out of the office stating they were sorry and wondered what they could do to make it up to me. I was really tired and now having to figure out what I was going to do about my clothes before 8am the next day. I told her I just wanted sleep. I went back to my room to find that housekeeping had came in and took the bathroom towels. They did not replace them, and emptied the bathroom garbage, leaving wet wash clothes in the tub. They did not take the room trash out or make the bed. This hotel failed me. I hope you have better luck!

I love their gym and fitness equipment in room. Also- three choices of flavored water at reception is such a nice, healthy touch. The staff is really helpful and kind. The menu was yummy and had vegan choices. I will always stay here when in town. Love the whole wellness aspect so much!!!!

Hotel was very nice. Room was comfy and spacious. I really liked the sporting equipment. However, the sink in my room was clogged and water would not go down. Also, there wasn’t a safe in the room. Other than that, area is pretty close to things and the staff was super super nice. I would stay here again.

The main floor to check in is on the second floor which was very confusing! We didn’t have a way to get in as we hadn’t checked in yet! Crazy confusing.

The rooms are spacious and have a yoga mat and other basic exercise equipment. The facilities offer fun interactive activities. Staff friendly.

We arrived and were told that our reserved room wasn't cleaned and would not b'e ready for at least another hour and a half. We were offered a "downgraded" room but no compensation for the price difference due to our having booked through Expedia. We were given 2 drink vouchers. The manager on duty walked right past us after advising her desk clerk and didn't even acknowledge us.

Worst service ever. I paid online for the reservation and wasn’t able to use Apple Pay or Venmo for the incidentals; instead requiring only a physical card. This was during an ice storm that had crippled the entire area for days. They then have yet to return my money; almost $300 of it.

Stayed here for a night during my child’s volleyball tournament. The hotel seems fitness themed. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. Wish there was free breakfast included in the price. The area is lackluster but close to the highway and the tournament facility. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I slept like a rock.

Was luck to find availability at EVEN in Eugene,OR during the major power outage where we live. Very friendly staff on check in. Reasonable pricing compared to other hotel’s raising their prices during this time!! Would definitely stay at EVEN again when I need a little get away!!

This is a 3 star hotel for a 5 star pricing. Staff was nice and kind. However, this hotel has the least facilities compared to the price that we paid. We paid $826 for just 2 nights. We were in a hurry and had to get a hotel. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid anywhere close to this price for this hotel. I felt that this hotel is so unsafe since there were no security on site and anyone who is not a resident can just walk in and go up the elevator. During our stay, we came back after having dinner out and there was someone who looked like under heavy use of drugs walking in to the hotel. As soon as he saw us, he started walking so fast and disappeared inside the hotel. There was no one to notify and we just went in to our room. Hotel says that this is right in the downtown area. However, do not think of walking around this area since there are so many homeless people and drug addicts. When we went there, it was around 6 pm and wanted to take a walk to go for dinner. However, we were advised (thank you for that) not to walk since it was not safe.

Staff were GREAT…flexible, honest and considerate. Very busy between large volleyball tournament attendees and horrible weather. I would stay here again given its proximity to campus and restaurants.

Been to this hotel twice - really like the hotel property and location. The staff is always great. My issue was with management - I reported a loud noise (water running) in the room that kept my wife up much of the night. I was told they would explore it. It was not rectified but what bothered me most was no follow up. Poor.
