I was in Eugene to drop my son off at UO. I have been to Eugene multiple times and have enjoyed staying in properties like this rather than hotels. I chose the cottage because it looked like a good fit for me in terms of size and price. The pictures accurately reflected the space, it was very clean and had everything I needed for the stay. The area is great if you like dining out and breweries, all within walking distance. It is a cute neighborhood and I never felt unsafe, important as a single traveler. I made the decision to book this cottage knowing that it was a slight drive to the campus area. It wasn't bad, and a trade-off given the amenities close by, but is not within walking distance. I enjoyed the garden, especially in the morning and evenings. It has great light.
The reservation and check-in process was easy. Sara was very informative and responsive. The access to the property was easy and clear. It was a very clean property which is important to me, my only minor feedback is that the bathroom is a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable and seating was good for 1 or 2 people.
I would definitely stay at this property again given the overall experience and price.
